About Me
I am struck by the fact that nothing is wasted in life. All my years of caring for patients and families as a nurse and serving an outpatient surgery center were a gift to my life and paved the way for this season. Small group work over the years through my church ignited my love of partnering in relational ways with people and children of all ages. And motherhood has been an incredible, formational experience for me too!
I live outside of Atlanta with my sweet dog, Angelina. I am so thankful that my beloved daughter, Sarah, lives close by. The rest of my family lives up north in Michigan and Illinois where I frequently visit. Dear friends I love and am forever grateful for live north, south, east, and west. And I am so thankful for my beautiful and loving church community, The Parish, in Alpharetta, Georgia, which always feels like coming home.

FOUNDATION STONES
I am convinced there is a Great Love at the heart of this universe – a Trinitarian community of love – God the Father, Jesus the Son, and Holy Spirit - who invites us into personal relationship, healing, love, and growth. This Great Love gives dignity and worth to every human being. Although sin has marred creation and our world, and its ripple effects live on in the pain and brokenness we experience in our own lives and the broader world, I believe all people are made in the image of God, which is the deepest truth about each of us. Each person is irreplaceably precious. Our stories can unfold throughout our lives, transforming into greater wholeness of body, soul, and spirit as we connect with God’s larger Story, the risen Christ, and faith community.
I believe echoes of Eden exist within each person – an ache and longing for something more ~ something good and beautiful and true ~ and for connection with the Holy One, the Creator of beauty, truth, and goodness, with whom we can grow closer over a lifetime.
I am convinced the work of restoration and transformation is real. This reality can be holistically knitted into our lives in partnership with the Holy Spirit, with a community, and often, with a companion to guide our journey.

“I have had the privilege of meeting with Jane for a year and she is truly a Godsend. Through her insightful, listening presence, we have shared moments of meditation, laughter, tears, and have felt another Holy presence with us. Through prayer, breath work, reflective readings, Jane is able to curate a truly transformative hour into the most average of days. The lasting effects often carry me through the month.
