Workshops
-
With groups in mind (anywhere from 2 or 3 to much larger), workshops can be designed around your group’s specific needs. In this time, when stress, burnout, distraction, and anxiety affect the core of our lives and our families, gathering to learn and experience certain embodied spiritual practices can be helpful. And as whole people, we need more than just new and great information. Practices such as guided meditations, grounding exercises, and breath prayers are just a few of the gifts that can help to reorient and anchor our bodies, minds, and hearts, bringing a fresh shift in perspective and path forward. Workshops can be given as a “Lunch & Learn” for 30 minutes, or a longer period of up to two hours with a work, church, community or friendship group. Tailored and sensitive to the needs of your group and utilizing time-tested (often ancient) practices, these workshops can offer valuable and simple tools one can easily and quickly incorporate into everyday life, offering an oasis of rest and renewal for mind, spirit, and body as well as practical practices to carry with you.
